Cleaning

Plates are fixed and cannot be removed.

Clean the exterior of the appliance and the wooden accessories using a soft sponge dampened with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

To clean the ceramic nonstick cooking plate, wipe the surface using kitchen paper lightly moistened with cooking oil.
