Cleaning

Wipe clean with a damp sponge or cloth. Do not use solvent-based cleaners or methylated spirits. Thoroughly clean the thermometer after each use to avoid cross contamination.

Storage

Store closed. Avoid crowded drawers where the probe can catch on utensils or kitchen tools to prevent damage.

Changing the Battery

Unscrew the battery door. Tap the door off into your hand if it’s stuck after unscrewing. Replace with a CR2032 battery with the + side up. Replace the battery door and screw back in.
