Cleaning

Hand wash only. Copper cookware develops a rich patina with use. It may even look reddish, amber, or silvery when exposed to high heat. This discoloration will not affect cooking performance, but to make it look fresh and new again, we recommend using a copper polish to restore the brilliant shine.
